1. Scope
This Fulfillment Policy applies to every purchase of Vertical GTM’s outbound-lead-generation and go-to-market (“Services”) made through verticalgtm.com or any authorised Vertical GTM invoice.

3. Currency
All prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
4. Performance Guarantee & No-Refund Policy
Guaranteed outcome: We guarantee delivery of at least 8 Sales-Qualified Leads (SQLs) per calendar month on our Monthly Retainer plan.
If we miss the guarantee: Should we deliver fewer than 8 SQLs in any covered month, we will provide the entire following month of service at no charge.
No cash refunds: Fees for services already rendered (including the month in which performance fell short) are non-refundable.
How to claim: Email support@verticalgtm.com within 5 business days of receiving the month-end report if the guarantee has not been met. We will confirm eligibility within 3 business days and automatically credit the next month’s service.
5. Returns
Because our product is a digital service, there is nothing to “return.” All remediation is handled through the Guarantee in Section 4.
6. Cancellations & Plan Changes
Monthly Retainer plans – cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Pay-per-Lead plans – you may pause or terminate at any point before approving new lead lists; leads already approved will be completed or billed pro-rata

7. Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
If issues outside your infrastructure delay campaign launch beyond day 15, we will:
Notify you within 24 hours;
Provide an amended timeline; and
Credit one additional free service day for every 24-hour delay beyond that amended timeline.

9. Legal & Export Restrictions
Vertical GTM complies with all U.S. export-control laws and cannot provide Services to entities on U.S. sanctions lists or located in embargoed countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
Material updates will be emailed to active clients at least 14 days before they take effect.

Whenever Legitimate Interest is our basis, we have balanced our marketing/business needs against your privacy rights and concluded they are not overridden. You may object at any time (see § 7).
4. Sharing & International Transfers
We share data only when necessary:
Email & CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, SendGrid)

Because we are U.S.-based, data may be stored or processed outside the EEA. Where EU personal data is transferred, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR-approved safeguards.
5. Data Security

6. How Long We Keep Data
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, then securely delete or anonymise it. Key retention periods appear in § 3, and financial records are held at least seven (7) years to satisfy U.S. tax law.
7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

To exercise any right, email privacy@verticalgtm.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; our lead authority is the Irish DPC, but you can complain to any EU authority.
8. CAN-SPAM Compliance & Opt-Outs
We never use deceptive headers or subject lines.
Every marketing email clearly states it is an advertisement and contains our physical address (3207 Oak Aly, Austin, TX 78745).
Each message provides a one-click “unsubscribe” link or equivalent instructions.
Opt-out requests are honoured within 10 business days and we do not transfer unsubscribed addresses to third parties except for compliance purposes.
